nAs Vention’s newest Account Executive, you play a pivotal role in helping businesses seize the incredible opportunities around industrial automation and business transformation. Our solutions help our customers address the realities of labor shortages, reshoring, or upskilling their employees. Vention’s solutions support our customers in overcoming these challenges and more. Our Commercial Account Executives are part of a Sales Pod, supported by Integration Coaches, Application Engineers, and Sales Leadership. We win as one, together as a team.nn

  • nWork both inbound and outbound leads to target client accounts including opportunities discovery, pipeline building and quota achievement;nn

n

  • nDevelop existing business opportunities and prospect for new opportunities with new & existing clients;nn

n

  • nBuild skills as you become an expert in discovery calls, sales process, qualification methodology, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing;nn

n

  • nWork through a qualified pipeline; including forecasting, nurturing and delivering results consistently;nn

n

  • nLead project discoveries with customers (new & recurring);nn

n

  • nWork and communicate closely with Vention Application Engineers to manage the development of projects using our 3D MachineBuilder design tool and MachineLogic simulation tool;nn

n

  • nCollaborate with leadership to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.nn

nQualificationsnn

n

  • nYou bring 2+ years of experience in industrial automation or robotics sales;nn

n

  • nYou have excellent communication skills in English, as well as one other European languagenn

n

  • nYou are at ease speaking with and presenting to clients and love picking up the phone!nn

n

  • nYou have a passion for customer success and the ability to listen and detect client needs;nn

n

  • nYou showed the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and enthusiasmnn

n

  • nYou have a deep interest in engineering topics and have a genuine curiosity to explore how things work;nn

n

  • nExperience with any sales tools such as : Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Seismic, is considered an asset.nn
