Client Partner (m/f/d)

  • Develop and update client project roadmaps for clear communication of timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor project deadlines, addressing potential roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute client projects seamlessly.
  • Support creation of visually compelling presentation slides aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Attend client meetings, provide detailed recaps, and track action items.
  • Collaborate with client partners to address client needs and concerns.
  • Stay informed about internal communications related to client projects.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and the client for effective communication.
  • Manage onboarding for DC Analytics (our ATL tracking Tool), including documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate communication between the client and analytics team for smooth integration.
  • Handle internal client-related administrative tasks, such as updating Zoho (our CRM system) and project planning in Asana
  • Create and manage offers in BC365 (our Financial Management Tool), overseeing signing and approval processes.

You will be working in:

English, German is a BIG plus

Skills you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a support role within a client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in creating presentation materials and comfortable with tools like PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Zoho, and Business Central 365 or similar software.
