  • Get a client briefing and make the project happen – from soup to nuts. Distilling client briefings, getting people together, organizing projects/events, helping out on productions,
    budgeting & cost estimates, timings, resource, management defining clear actions… – you
    know the drill. And the drill even excites you
  • Communicate clear milestones to everyone involved including any possible stones that are in the way of successful project delivery
  • Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Consult the client and give him sound advice on what (and what not) to do
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships across the agency, the client and any partner involved
  • Help shape our agency culture

  • At least five years’ experience working in an event agency, a marketing agency or dynamic client environment (experience in event management and experiential projects is a plus, not a must)
  • Have a Can-Do attitude and want to make things actually happen
  • Run projects independently end-to-end
  • Share a passion for project delivery, budgets and processes
  • Be able to juggle several projects at once
  • Play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with
  • Curious and eager to learn new stuff
  • Engage and lead a client (and project teams in general of course)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
