Cinemo is seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our Front Office Team.

  • Hosting and reception of customers and visitors
  • Handling deliveries, ordering supplies, and managing mail
  • Coordination of facility management tasks and office organization
  • Coordination of service providers, craftsmen, and suppliers
  • Organizing travel for employees and applicants
  • Assisting the department with onboarding new employees
  • Planning and organizing events

We are looking for someone who is well-organized, helpful, and adaptable. This position requires a candidate who can thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute positively to our office culture.

  • Education in hospitality or commercial field with a strong orientation towards service
  • Previous professional experience in similar environment needed
  • Highly conscientious, reliable, results-oriented, and proactive
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Solution-focused with excellent communication abilities
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment

This position requires 100% presence 5 days a week.
