Located in Kiel with a diverse, English-speaking team, we’re part of AB Agri, the agricultural division of Associated British Foods (ABF plc) and we’re passionate about feeding the world responsibly and affordably by making quality animal feed, creating nutrition and technology-based products, and offering data services for the agri-food industry.

  • Managing international B2B consulting projects in dairy farming.
  • Developing and expanding data services, including economic impact analysis of technology and policy investments.
  • Creating and maintaining databases and analytical models.
  • Conducting dairy farm and market analysis, delivering workshops, presentations, and international events.

  • PhD/MSc in agriculture, dairy science, agricultural economics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of global dairy production systems and practical experience on dairy farms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing large datasets.
  • Skills in statistical data analysis, data management, and complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility in working hours.

Location

This role is based in Kiel, Germany, the role requires presence in the office 3 to 4 times a week.
