We are seeking an experienced Ariba lead consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in implementation & optimization of Ariba. This role involves working closely with procurement and finance stakeholders to understand their business processes, configure Ariba tool to meet their specific end-to-end requirements, and drive successful adoption and utilization of the platform with integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest Ariba functionalities, features, enhancements, and provide guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure Ariba platform to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Implementation Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Ariba tool, including system configuration, data migration, testing, quality assurance and training.
  • Change Management: Drive user adoption and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of Ariba tool across the organization.
  • System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize Ariba platform to improve efficiency, enhance user experience, manage interfaces to different departments and cross-functional IT.
  • Requirement management: Manage stakeholder requirement and handle inquiries for Sourcing, risk management, Purchase to Order and Purchase to Pay.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, procurement, and accounting departments, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • International and content-related management of project topics related to Ariba applications from end-to-end perspective.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Excellent Procurement / P2P/ Sourcing/ Supplier management / Ariba process/configuration experience (7 years minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP P2P & MM processes related to S2P Procurement, Strategic sourcing, Catalogue content management and Workflows from process and configuration perspective
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver quality results with multicultural teams
  • Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and training.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ariba certification(s) or relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
