Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Assist the Design team to design market right products for the adidas brand as part of an international design team in cooperation with marketing and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze key account market trends and transfer into creative solutions which tie back to the overall adidas Originals design direction
- Create consumer centric design solutions for assigned category or specialty area or project
- Work with the creative process and execute towards given targets and defined design languages and strategies.
- Execute design work according to the visual language of adidas as well as given Corporate Identity guidelines according to legal guidance.
- Verbally present product ideas and details with clarity in small groups and team meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure that product ratio in regards of pricing and technical execution will be maximised
- Translation of creative ideas into accurate tech-packs including all relevant sketches & artworks as wellas information regarding fit, material, color and trimmings
- Support efficient process and communication flow between the x-function creation team
- Support product management and development in all issues regarding the realization of products and collections.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Strong knowledge of fashion design/industrial product or industrial design
- Strong visual and verbal skills with the ability to create impactful/exciting visuals and Presentations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for Design
- High level of creativity
- Knowledge and use of Macintosh computer design software/systems (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft software/systems Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or BA or MA from a college or university, major Design
- Preferably a practical experience in a design environment
- Experience and understanding of end to end design process
- Passion for adidas and its mission
- Passion for sports, culture, design
