Job description The main responsibilities of the position are research in creativity and innovation within the sport and health sectors along with teaching, and project supervision, mainly at the bachelor and master programs in sport sciences. The successful candidate(s) must demonstrate that their PhD research has contributed to conceptual and applied knowledge in this field, and that they are capable of conducting research projects in collaboration with university colleagues as well as external collaboration partners. In addition, the candidate(s) should be capable of disseminating their research and teaching courses in Danish and English. It will be considered an advantage, but not a prerequisite, that applicants have experience with problem-based learning in alignment with Aalborg University’s pedagogical model. We are particularly looking for candidate(s), who can teach innovation and entrepreneurship courses for students within the sports and health sciences.Who are we:Department of Health Science and Technology carries out multidisciplinary research, teaching, and dissemination within biomedical engineering, sports science and medicine. The department has more than 250 employees and is responsible for more than 1700 students. More than 100 PhD students are enrolled in the doctoral school affiliated to the department. All study programs at Aalborg University involve problem-based learning, organized around cases and projects. For more, see: . Across disciplinary backgrounds within sports sciences and social sciences, members of SSI identify and examine social issues that are key to inclusion into active communities and healthy living.
