About Position:
In the role of management assistant, you will play a key role in supporting and relieving the management of all administrative and organizational matters. You will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing meetings and business trips ( depends on demand).
You will ensure that the management can work smoothly by providing all necessary information and documents in a timely manner and acting as an interface to internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a high degree of discretion, initiative, flexibility, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Provide comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and key meetings.
- Plan and organize travel arrangements, including support with expense management.
- Handle correspondence in English and Chinese (German language is a plus).
- Manage the documentation and archiving of important business records.
- Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
- Be open to travel, as 25% of the role involves traveling.
- Engage in additional dynamic and impactful tasks.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant degree.
- 2+ years of experience as a management assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks with a professional approach.
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
