n We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to use their delivery and technology expertise for client implementations of Staffbase. You have worked for several years as a consultant, or other similar role, before, and understand the value of nurturing client relationships. This role is focused on making sure that new and existing Staffbase customers have an outstanding experience adopting the Staffbase platform. Your job is to see the world from the customers’ eyes and make sure they can move their content and comms processes into Staffbase.n

What you’ll be doingn

  • n Lead new Staffbase customer implementations including managing the project plan and project resources – for both onboarding and growth phasesn

n

  • n Ensure that a plan is in place for each engagement for deployment, change management, and adoption programsn

n

  • n Clearly communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and effortn

n

  • n Build and sustain in-depth product knowledge regarding our core productsn

n

  • n Understand customer use cases and requirements and in turn, apply Staffbase best practices for enterprises to those customer implementationsn

n

  • n Apply vertical industry and functional best practices as applicable to each customer – for more advanced and bespoke packages, there will be other experts delivering functional knowledge and trainingn

n

  • n Establish and oversee the customer’s initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during the initial rolloutn

n

  • n Troubleshoot and triage customer issues during implementationn

n

  • n Partner with Sales and CSMs to develop a plan for making Staffbase a part of the client’s core architecture as well as identifying future growth and expansion opportunities with existing customersn

n

  • n Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Staffbase can better serve our customersn

n

  • n Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutionsn

n

  • n Experience working on enterprise-scale deploymentsn

n

  • n Expertise in application functionality, business deployment cycles, and account management.n

n

  • n Project management experiencen

  • n Self-motivated team player ready to embrace a fast-paced, high-growth environmentn

  • n Minimal 1 year of client-facing experiencen

  • n Passion for cloud technologiesn
