We’re currently seeking a B2B Sales Intern to join our growing team in Heidelberg.
In this role, you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO and the leadership team to support B2B sales strategy, client acquisition, and relationship management. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape business growth in a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
Tasks
As the B2B Sales Intern, you will:
- Support lead generation and client outreach, including CRM data maintenance.
- Help prepare pitch decks, client proposals, and meeting presentations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Manage inbound client inquiries and assist with sales analytics and reporting.
- Participate in business development meetings and support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of client activities.
- Travel occasionally with the team within Germany and the EU.
Requirements
You’re a great fit if you’re:
- A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) — and English essential for professional communication with clients and partners.
- Prior experience or internship in B2B sales, client relationship management, business development, or account management is highly desirable (experience in a startup is a plus).
- Passionate about sustainability and circular business models, eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to actively support both business development and daily operations.
- Ready to relocate to Heidelberg and work onsite as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.
- Monthly compensation (paid internship).
- Access to networking events, business travel opportunities, and mentorship from the leadership team.
- Participation in regular team activities and events.
- A certificate of completion, personalized recommendation letter, and potential full-time employment opportunity after the internship.
