Your tasks:
- Competent support for our customer base
- Communication with customers, product and business partners – in person, by phone and by email
- Supporting and assisting the team with all relevant commercial activities
- Independently taking on administrative and organizational tasks

Language skills
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in the commercial sector, possibly training as an insurance specialist, insurance clerk or comparable training
- Lateral entrants with an affinity for the industry are also welcome
- First experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite
- High service orientation towards customers and contractual partners
- Good written and spoken German
