– Plan routes responsibly, complying with driving/rest regulations
– CE driving license with code 95
– Valid driver card (tacho)
– ADR certificate (or willingness to obtain it)
– Preferably experience in local or system transport; prior refrigerated transport is a plus
– Basic German or English for daily communication
