We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and detail-driven Bid Coordinator to join our team and help us shine in the competitive world of formal tenders and proactive bids. This fully remote role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on organization, creativity, and collaboration.   • Coordinate the development and submission of accurate, compliant, and professional bid responses, leveraging content management systems and cloud-based tools.
  • Collaborate with Bid Managers and stakeholders to prioritize and meet deadlines for multinational and complex tender responses.
  • Format, edit, and incorporate graphics into bid documents to ensure high-quality presentation.
  • Consolidate inputs from sales, legal, pricing, and other departments into cohesive tender responses that align with win strategies and customer requirements.
  • Manage the bid process for mid-market and public sector opportunities, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Participate in draft reviews to ensure clarity, completeness, compliance, and alignment with evaluation criteria.
  • Contribute to and maintain the proposal library, updating Q&A pairs, templates, and commonly used documents and graphics.

  • Several years of experience in bid coordination for public sector or commercial markets.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling and clear messaging.
  • Skilled in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with content management systems is a plus.
  • Proven capacity to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience leading diverse stakeholder groups and driving progress toward shared goals.
  • Familiarity with information management and data-driven solutions is desirable
  • Fluency in German and advanced (C1/C2) English. Spanish fluency is a plus.
