Are you ready to take on a vital role in financial operations? As a Billing Accountant professional at EQS Group, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth invoicing, track payments, and help resolve any discrepancies.

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of billing processes, from invoice creation to payment posting.
  • Manage accounts receivable, tracking overdue payments and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize billing procedures and streamline financial workflows.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer billing inquiries, providing clear solutions and fostering positive relationships.
  • Maintain high-quality data across CRM and accounting systems, ensuring integration and data accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying and implementing ways to enhance the efficiency of the billing and collections process.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in billing administration or a related role.
  • You are proficient with Business Central, Dynamics, and Excel.
  • You have experience with international taxes and dealing with cross-border billing.
  • You have experience in SaaS companies (nice-to-have).
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You are comfortable navigating business applications and ensuring data integration.
