The Brand CEO is responsible for shaping and executing the Brand’s vision, communications, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the Brand’s purpose, values, and market needs. It focuses on optimizing brand performance across product portfolios, sales channels, and financial metrics to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Strategy
– Brand Vision: Define and communicate the disruptive and long-term vision and goals for the Brand.
– BrandCommunications: Deliver strong brand communications, ensuring alignment with the Brand purpose and values
– Business Model and Product Portfolio : Develop and execute business model, plan, and product portfolio strategies.
– Channel Partnerships and Sales Performance: Develop and execute channel and sales strategies.
– Brand Performance and P&L: Monitor and manage the Brand’s performance, supply chain, and financial performance.
Compliance
– Directorship: Adhere to statutory requirements for operations, reporting, and corporate governance.
– Culture and People Leadership: Foster a compliant, inclusive, and positive company culture in line with Music Tribe’s Purpose and Values.
– Contract Management: Ensure contracts and service delivery meet corporate and regulatory
Qualifications
– Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years in brand management with proven track record.
– StrategicLeadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving aspirational and long-term brand goals.
– Innovative Solutions Development: Strong track record of developing and implementing innovative brand strategies.
– Market Insight: Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
– Financial Acumen: Experience in financial oversight and data-driven
