• Drive our strategy: Developing our marketing comms strategy, lead nurturing strategy, content strategies, and digital PR in relation to target business outcomes
• Develop the brand: Planning and executing the overall direction of master brand. Defining and managing the marketing vision, strategy, positioning and budget
• Build a lead generator: Generating demand for our products and services, segmenting markets, developing ICPs and personas to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation with digital and social activities across regions and markets
• Administrate events: Managing strategic initiatives, executing trade fairs, congresses, webinars, seminars, and other events to gain Brand appearance and new clients
• Monitor and improve progress: Analysing data, developing actionable insights, continuously improving results, and regularly updating management on progress and challenges
• 3+ years of experience
• Expertise in digital marketing and a solid understanding of industry best practices in the fundamentals, including customer segmentation, lead generation, marketing automation systems, and WCMS/CRM.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high passion to make an impact and push the company to the next level, while exhibiting high tolerance for ambiguity and rapid course shifts
• High energy self-starter with a hands-on mentality, ability to make reasoned decisions on one’s own, and work in a hyper-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate compelling messages in English (C-Level Writing & Speaking)
