Construction companies have huge potential for more organic growth but so far lack the relevant digital means to do so. With CoCrafter (YC W24), we revolutionize the standing of this central industry of our economy by digitizing crucial work processes.
With our software, we make it easy for construction companies to collaborate on construction projects and manage all legal regulations around “subcontracting”.
We were part of the Y Combinator W24 batch, successfully closed our pre-seed with top-tier investors (successful founders, operators, construction investors), and are now expanding the team to grow even faster.

We are looking for a driven Business Develpment/ Sales rockstar who quickly learns and thrives in the challenging environment of an early-stage startup. We want you to develop and boost our growth of users and revenue. You will be closing and driving your own customer accounts.
You’ll act as a central, operational role in the startup and will work closely with the founders.

Qualifikation About you: – You’re a hands on person with an entrepreneurial spirit – are motivated and like to take ownership
– Ideally, you did already at least 1 internship in sales/business
– You can communicate well and clearly, ideally in German due to our German customers
– Ideally, you have experience in the craft/construction sector or have already completed internships in business development/sales
