Working closely with your team and manager, you’ll design and deliver tailored, client-centric solutions that set us apart. Your expertise in business development and solution design will be key to driving innovation and making a lasting impact
The essence of your
- Drive Growth and Success: Own the success of our customs solutions as a product, managing its growth and performance in the market.
- Lead the Customer Journey: Act as a project manager, guiding clients from initial prospecting to successful implementation, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
- Tailor Solutions for Clients: Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to design and deliver custom solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Be the Expert: Join client meetings with the Sales team as a subject matter expert, showcasing the value of our cutting-edge customs solutions.
- Enhance the Product: Contribute innovative ideas to improve our Customs SAAS application, working closely with the Product team to ensure we stay competitive and aligned with customer demands

This is what you need to
- 2+ years of experience in business development, or project management roles with a focus on commercial growth.
- A strong sense of responsibility with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in logistics, customs, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German (C1+), both written and spoken, with excellent communication
