nOur new employee will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals for new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the designated geographic area. This role involves solution selling with a focus on large enterprises and managing the entire end-to-end sales process. The goal is to meet the quarterly revenue targets for the territory:n

  • nTakes responsibility for the timely management, qualification, assignment, and reporting of inbound and self-generated sales leads.nn

  • nGenerates a strategic overall plan for the territory.nn

n

  • nBuilds relationships and opportunities directly with prospects, customersnn

n

  • nTarget Customer Group: Enterprise and governmentnn

n

  • nTakes responsibility for the entire end-to-end sales process.nn

n

nKey Responsibilitiesnn

n

  • nIdentify new sales opportunities through inbound and self-generated lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.nn

n

  • nUtilize the solution selling approach and understand customer needs and technical requirements.nn

n

  • nQualify, forward, and report sales opportunities to the appropriate personnel for further development and closure.nn

n

  • nResearch customer contacts, identify key players, and generate interest by professionally articulating Certus’s value proposition.nn

n

  • nMaintain and expand the database of target prospects within the assigned campaigns/verticals.nn

n

  • nManage, track, and report on internal lead management metrics.nn

n

  • nCollaborate with F500 enterprise accounts to sell Certus solutions.nn

n

n

  • nGood face-to-face and phone presence.nn

n

  • nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.nn

n

  • nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.nn

n

  • nProficiency with company productivity and web presentation tools.nn

n

  • nExperience working with Odoo.com or similar CRM.nn

The role involves occasional travel in the DACH region and offers flexibility, with options to work remotely or from our headquarters in Augsburg, Germany.nn
