POSITION SUMMARY:

Business Development Manager for EU is responsible for sales activities of the agency and implementation of the business development plan, which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up across the EU with focus in German speaking countries.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Close deals and sell digital services in the following areas:

    • Software development

    • Creative production

    • Integrated marketing

    • Mobile strategies

  • Identify new prospects and develop new client relationships.

  • Reach preset sales goal.

  • Assist team by scoping strategic opportunities and develop marketing assets.

  • Work with Director of Production and CEO to: a) evaluate how well creative and technical solutions meet client objectives, b) ensure the quality and timeliness of strategic services deliverables, c) participate in strategic client planning.

  • Develop and maintain a prime prospect list.

  • Keep regular contact with companies on the prospect list.

  • Create opportunities to pitch new accounts.

  • Understand the business and marketing challenges of key prospects.

  • Develop sales strategies for key prospects.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Having a “Ready to go” network of executive level contacts that you can reach out to.

  • Demonstrated success in developing new clients and closing deals within the SaaS and Technology sectors.

  • 5+ years experience in a Business Development, Sales Executive, or other relevant role.

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities

  • Organized, attentive to detail, and self-motivated with a desire to close the deal.

  • You must be self-managed and not afraid to ask for assistance.

  • Experience in working as part of a remote team

  • Flexibility to travel as required for effectiveness in the role
