- Business development for institutional clients: develop new client relationships and promote our institutional brokerage and custody services to banks, brokers, and asset managers
- Sales excellence: negotiate and close significant deals, demonstrating competence in managing the sales process with financial institutions
- Sales pipeline management: manage and oversee the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Market monitoring: monitor market trends and competitor activities to create your own pipeline and business opportunities, sharing insights with the team
- Strategic alignment: work closely with the head of sales to align strategies with business objectives, providing reports on performance and market opportunities
- Representation: represent the company at events and conferences, fostering relationships that lead to business opportunities
- Collaboration: collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives
- Educational background: bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Sales experience: minimum of two to three years of sales experience in the technology, financial services, or digital asset sectors, with a proven track record
- Target achievement: demonstrated ability to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Market understanding: deep understanding of the digital asset market and regulatory requirements
- Analytical skills: analytical mindset with the ability to track sales metrics and use data for strategic decisions
- Leadership: strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team
- Communication and negotiation: exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
- Networking: established network within the financial services sector, with a talent for leveraging connections
