  • Identify, establish, and nurture business relationships with our media partners across the globe – including many of the world’s largest media organizations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance partnerships and drive business growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media partners, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements and contracts
  • Develop and present project proposals to new and existing partners
  • Develop new business models, build business cases, plan and execute implementation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales teams, data analyst teams) to ensure stakeholders are aligned and projects are delivered and published successfully

  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, management consulting, or media/publishing
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business partnerships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic thinking abilities
  • Native proficiency in English; proficiency in German is a significant plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate partners in different time zones
