Your mission

As our Business Development Representative – German Speaker – (f/m/d), you support our Sales team in executing our lead generation strategy across all available channels in the DACH area. You gain an inside perspective on an early-stage startup and build up deep functional expertise. In this position, you will take on responsibility quickly and work directly with our founding team. Join us for the unique opportunity to learn, experience and work with a first-class team. The following tasks will be part of your new role:

  • Manage communications with new target audiences by optimizing pre and post-sales processes as well as troubleshooting day-to-day issues
  • Analyze the competitive environment to explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation
  • Become an expert on our portfolio of additive manufacturing services
  • Contribute to the growth of a fast-paced startup
  • Analyze and report on sales results
  • Support the leadership team with any ad-hoc projects and analyses

  • You have completed your studies in business administration, communications, or another related degree
  • You have already completed internships in start-ups, business development departments or communication
  • You are interested in the topics of growth and business development and have already gained some professional experience (also through internships)
  • You have exceptional communication skills, as well as a hands-on mentality
  • You enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility
  • You are business proficient in German
