Description
HealthCaters is a 360° preventive health platform for businesses, helping them identify and manage employee health risks and build an efficient corporate health strategy, focused on improving business metrics.
This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in sales and relationship building within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. We’re seeking someone with a passion for health, a knack for sales, and an enthusiasm for collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Tasks
What you’ll contribute
- Support our sales team in daily operations, campaign creation, and strategic outreach to drive growth
- Keep stakeholders accountable with regular follow-ups and reach out to new prospects
- Create targeted lead campaigns and identify new business opportunities, focusing on data-driven experimentation
- Represent HealthCaters digitally and physically at events, trade shows, etc.
- Continually identify and propose new opportunities for expansion and innovation
- Ensure the efficiency of our sales processes and integrate sales data correctly into our internal knowledge management
- Conduct customer interviews on an as-needed basis to gather insights
Requirements
Your skills & profile:
- You have a hands-on sales/bisdev experience in a fast-growing startup or a small company
- You are extremely good with people and a natural seller
- You are passionate and like learning new skills
- You are comfortable working in dynamically changing conditions with a high degree of autonomy
- You have a sincere affection for working with people, and you don’t get exhausted being the person of contact for many
- You are a risk-taker, and entrepreneur at heart – you are willing to experiment, work fast, and deliver results in the realms of high uncertainty
- You speak fluent German & English

- You don’t feel comfortable speaking and writing in German with a B2B customer on your own without supervision
