  • Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners

  • Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing

  • Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes

  • Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition

  • Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system

  • Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)

  • Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

  • Good understanding of the end-to-end business processes for logistic and supply chain

  • Knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on EWM, SD

  • Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling

  • Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders

  • Conceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus
