Grid Field Operations is executing Field Operations, Maintenance and (Baseload) Projects. We ensure the integrity and safety of our assets entrusted to us, while also ensuring their maximum availability. We make sure that the onshore grids of TenneT is reliable in Germany and the Netherlands.
TenneT is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. We play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Business Management Advisor (m/f/d) at our location Hannover who will contribute to this and that might be you?

  • The weekly working time is 37 hours

  • In close cooperationwith the Operations Coordinators, you will manage and monitor the processing of OR-relevant (Operational Readiness) work packages during the project phase and support the preparation of the required progress reports
  • You plan and schedule OR activities and associated due dates
  • You plan the work for the coming months in advance, coordinate the collaboration and set up binding agreements with our partner
  • You analyze and prepare the content of concepts, execute SWOT analyses and prepare decision papers together with our stakeholders
  • You support quality improvement and process optimization initiatives and actively contribute to the implementation of improvement potentials
  • You support our onboarding activities of new colleagues in our growing business and contribute to a high-class safety culture

  • You have successfully completed a degree in (industrial) engineering, business administration or a natural science. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you already have professional experience in work planning and project management for offshore activities
  • You enjoy supporting your work environment by utilizing your structured way of working, quick comprehension, curiosity and initiative to your advantage
  • You are an intrinsically motivated person who appreciates working in a dynamic and diverse team. As a team player, you contribute to an exceptionally collegial and performance-oriented team spirit and demonstrate strong coordination and planning skills
  • You are prepared to work across locations and countries. Occasional travel is part of your everyday working life and you have a class B driving license.
  • You have very strong team and communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
