Our Strategy Team delivers strategic management and services to propel the digital transformation of the Klöckner & Co Group. We actively shape and oversee key projects and processes, ensuring their successful development and seamless implementation.
As a key member of our expert team, you will be responsible for designing and automating business processes across the entire value chain. This role offers the opportunity to apply your knowledge and expertise to a diverse range of projects across the Group.
Your Role
Knowledge Management and Process Documentation:
- Establishing Transparency: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all key business processes in a central business process landscape, ensuring they are accessible, transparent, and up-to-date. Continuous integration of further process documentation into business process landscape.
- Knowledge Repository Management: Create and manage a centralized knowledge repository that houses process documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
System Administration / Celonis Application Ownership:
- System Ownership: Act as the primary owner and administrator for business process management system (Celonis), ensuring they are effectively utilized and maintained.
- Develop and maintain a lasting connection between business processes and IT Application Architecture (LeanIX and Celonis interface)
Enablement and Training:
- Training Programs: Deliver training programs to educate employees on business processes, application usage, and best practices.
- Onboarding Support: Provide process and application training as part of the onboarding process for new employees.
Strategic Process Management (Project Consulting):
- Consulting and Advisory: Provide strategic consulting to project teams and departments on process design, improvement opportunities, and alignment with business goals.
- Project Participation: Participate in strategic projects, offering expertise in process management and ensuring that project outcomes support long-term business objectives.
Business Process Optimization ( è Development path):
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead business process optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Innovation and Automation: Identify opportunities for process innovation and automation, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- University degree in economics, IT or comparable degree
- At least three years of experience in the field of business process management
- Sound knowledge of common modelling languages (e.g. BPMN, EPK) as well as tool-based process modelling and process measurement
- Good business understanding of supply chain processes in their context
- Familiar with the processes in ERP systems, preferably SAP and Symbio
- Knowledge of data analyses, process KPIs and benchmarks
- Knowledge of digital tools is an advantage (e.g. RPA, AI, workflow automation)
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions as well as working with traditional and agile project management methods
- Ideally expertise in management of change and communication
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
