The Local is growing! We are looking for a Campaign Success Manager, initially part time, to work with our award-winning commercial content team.


We need someone with experience managing native advertising campaigns from start to finish in an agency environment.


You will be the primary overseer of the post-sale process for native content campaigns for our portfolio of global clients. You protect the revenue generated by our in-house sales team and encourage repeat business by ensuring the campaign experience is positive for our clients.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations and communication

  • The development, coordination and implementation of native advertising campaigns including creative and reporting

  • Developing project timelines

  • Creating and managing the campaign budget

  • Using web analytics tools to measure campaign performance

  • Keeping the team on track throughout the campaign and the client up-to-date


You will work in close collaboration with The Local’s commercial content team and social media manager.


Skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in an agency

  • Proven experience working with digital marketing

  • Proficiency in MS Office Software and G Suite


You are/have:

  • Comfortable tracking campaign success and able to deliver insightful data or qualitative reporting in either short or extended formats

  • Confident leading campaigns or projects across different teams to keep timely and quality delivery

  • Service-minded and customer-focused

  • ‘The buck stops with me’ attitude

  • Proactive rather than reactive

  • Excellent organisational skills an eagle eye for detail


The role is initially part-time but may grow
