  • Identify, create and lead the development of a carbon sales strategy including new value building propositions with focus on carbon removal credits and carbon utilization options in our core markets
  • Expand our pipeline of business opportunities by originating new counterparts and designing commercially viable revenue streams for CCU/S solutions
  • Identify, structure and negotiate CCU/S offtake transactions with innovative pricing schemes, working closely with a cross-functional, international project team
  • Support Senior Management by managing critical strategic stakeholder relationships and key partnerships within the existing sales funnel
  • Develop and own an internal sales and stakeholder reporting scheme
  • Steer external consultants, partners and intermediaries

  • At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry or in carbon related businesses with relevant commercial or sales experience
  • High personal and professional integrity with desire to drive the highest quality sales, supported by a track record in asset-backed commodity transactions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure customer and operational excellence
  • Good sense of humor and positive attitude, ability to interact and motivate project team members
  • Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level) and willingness to travel to our customer sites and project locations
