As a member of our Purchasing Department, you’ll operate with perfectly coordinated supply chains and the latest innovations in the industry. Always at your side: a well-matched team, working together all across Europe.

  • You shape category strategies and maintain bidder lists by applying your strategic mindset and deep understanding of market dynamics. This ensures our sourcing remains competitive and future-proof.
  • With strong negotiation skills and a solid grasp of contract structures, you manage supplier agreements that meet our standards for cost-efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • You spot cost-saving opportunities and turn them into actionable sourcing initiatives. Your analytical thinking and financial awareness help you deliver results without compromising on quality.
  • Building long-term supplier relationships comes naturally to you. Through clear communication and a collaborative approach, you foster partnerships that drive innovation and secure supply reliability.
  • You keep a close eye on market developments, identify risks and opportunities, and translate your insights into effective procurement strategies. Your ability to analyze complex information helps you stay ahead of the curve.
  • Leading cross-functional teams is part of your daily routine. You bring people together, align diverse perspectives, and guide decisions that support our overall business goals.
  • You monitor supplier performance using defined KPIs and initiate improvements where needed. Your structured approach and commitment to quality make you a trusted partner in ensuring operational excellence.

  • You hold a university degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field – ideally with exposure to plastics sourcing or manufacturing environments.
  • With at least 3–5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement or category management, you bring a solid track record of delivering results in dynamic settings.
  • You’re confident working with procurement systems like SAP MM, SRM, PLM or similar tools, and you know how to use them to streamline processes and improve transparency.
  • Leading cross-functional teams is something you’ve done before – and you know how to bring people together to drive decisions and align goals.
  • You think strategically and act analytically. Whether it’s evaluating supplier performance or identifying market trends, you approach challenges with clarity and structure.
  • Familiarity with APQP and PPAP processes is beneficial, especially when working with suppliers in technical or regulated environments.
  • Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Ebenfalls prima! In addition, you keep cool even when things get hot, and are curious to learn new things.
