  • As Chapter Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the chapter, focusing on coaching and the development of your team members and the recruitment of new chapter members
  • You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the chapter and are responsible for the design and development of the chapter identity
  • Lead a team of professionals to continuously improve and implement efficient processes for the business
  • You continuously monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for optimization
  • In coordination with the Tribe Lead, you will staff the squads and work closely with Product Owners and Tribe Lead to define priorities and focus for the different roles
  • You ensure the team adheres to regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • You exemplify an innovative mindset and act as a technical coach on chapter members
  • You maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • You are responsible for the implementation of the expected team results
  • You actively contribute your expertise in process, regulations and supply chain quality and work in one of the squads up to 50% of your working time

  • Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style
  • Several years of experience in the development and implementation of process regulations in a corporate environment
  • With your strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them – across all hierarchical levels
  • You have a deep understanding of applicable process management regulations and standards and are aware of current trends
  • You have knowledge of relevant technologies, tools and working methods, and ideally, have experience in an agile work environment
  • You have a high willingness to learn and change
  • You have strong analytical skills as well as a pragmatic and action-oriented way of working
  • You are business fluent in English and German
  • You have leadership experience and you are strongly team-oriented
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
