Ariceum Therapeutics GmbH is a rapidly growing clinical-stage company focused on developing next-generation radiopharmaceutical cancer therapeutics and diagnostics. Our pipeline includes Lutetium-177 Satoreotide (SSO110), paired with Gallium-68 Satoreotide (SS0120), for the combined diagnosis and targeted radionuclide treatment of neuroendocrine cancers. Additionally, our novel therapeutic product, Iodine-123 ATT001, a radiolabeled PARP inhibitor, is in a Phase 1 clinical trial for recurrent glioblastoma. We are seeking a Chemical Technical Assistant to join our radiopharmaceutical development & CMC team.
Purpose of the position:
- Support development programs and assist the Head of Laboratory in advancing the company’s methods and activities.
- Undertake, monitor, produce, and coordinate technical studies, including process optimization.
- Oversee equipment and premises relevant to assigned activities.
- Contribute to clinical study trial activities.
- Planning, controlling, coordination, monitoring and implementation of development-relevant processes, manufacturing and analytical procedures in radiopharmaceutical development.
- Performing radioactive and non-radioactive syntheses and analyses, including preliminary and subsequent work and documentation.
- Document development, testing, and validation processes in compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing authorizations.
- Preparation, planning and execution of all production-related and documentary processes.
- Support in the installation and qualification activities to remodel the laboratory areas.
- Compiling and assembling documentation in the area of responsibility.
- Involvement in the transfer of development results into clinical trial partners.
- Compiling supplies for delivery to collaboration partners.
Ideal: Degree/qualification and significant industrial experience in radiopharmaceutical development and handling of radioactive substances with strong analytical background.
Minimum: Experience in pharmaceutical and analytical development in early or late-stage drug substances and products with adequate educational training.
Languages: Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
