Act as the technical authority for the programme, ensuring system-level coherence, performance, and compliance. Oversee engineering across all disciplines.

• Define and govern system architecture and system integration principles.
• Establish configuration control, technical baselines, and engineering standards.
• Lead technical reviews, failure investigations, and risk analysis.
• Coordinate across mechanical, avionics, propulsion, and flight systems to resolve issues.

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in aircraft or UAV systems engineering.
• Expert knowledge of design standards, integration, and certification paths.
• Leadership and strong decision-making capabilities.
