nUpvest is one of the few fintechs in Europe that can provide its B2B clients with the full range of investment opportunities in the areas of principal broking business, proprietary trading, and safe custody business for traditional securities. The company was founded in 2017 by Martin Kassing and currently employs more than 180 people across Europe. The latest €100m fundraising round (Series C) was led by Hedosophia and Sapphire Venture, with continued support from existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital.n

  • nProvide exceptional support to our B2B clients via email, slack and phone.nn

  • nHelp our clients running their business by supporting them with any operational issues they might encounter.nn

Build and deliver a first-class client experiencen

  • nContributing to desk building projects to assist in building out the Client Experience function.nn

  • nWorking within our SLA’s, identifying constant points for improvementnn

  • nConducting daily admin checks to ensure smooth BAUnn

  • nBuilding relationships with client counterparts to create strong connections between Upvest and its clients.nn

  • nParticipating in periodic check-ins with clientsnn

Set new standards in collaboration and communicationn

  • nYou take an active role in setting new standards for client communication, both internally and externally.nn

  • nWorking cross-functionally with operations, product and engineering teams to resolve client requests.nn

  • nCreating and maintaining the Client Experience knowledge and process base.nn

  • nYou ideally have 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles ( within Fintech, investments, banking or a similar industry.)nn

  • nYou have demonstrated communication and organisation skills, are able to communicate well with different stakeholder groups, and are familiar with working within SLAs.nn

  • nYou have a client-first mindset and understand how to solve our clients’ problems pragmatically and efficiently.nn

  • nYou love solving problems with a self-serve approach and enjoy working closely with clients, subject matter experts, and internal teams.nn

  • nYou are proactive in coming up with improvements, acting as a sparring partner for CX management, addressing questions and raising issues early.nn

  • You are a fluent German speaker.n

It’s great if youn

  • nHave experience working in the financial industry or any other regulated environment.nn

  • nHave a background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or adjacent fields.nn

  • nYou have previous experience within Zendesk, or a similar CRM.nn
