CODA Audio is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality loudspeaker systems with locations in Hanover (DE), Richmond (USA), Sofia (BG) and Worcestershire (UK). As well as the loudspeakers themselves, our product range comprises the entire chain of signal transportation, processing, amplification and cabling for all sizes of system. All our hardware is built from component level, in-house. We are internationally represented, and our products hold a number of patents. Whether in a concert hall or on a large open-air stage, sound systems developed by CODA Audio set the standard with regard to performance and playback rendering, consistent with our motto: Hearing is believing.

Our Technical Support department is currently expanding our product lines and upgrading our current platforms. As a result, we are currently seeking a:

Technical Support Assistant (m/f/x) Located at our Headquarters in Hanover, Germany

• You will be part of the international CODA Audio Technical Support team at our HQ in Hannover.

• You will be responsible for day-to-day communication with customers, distributors and production.

• You will specify, verify and validate system solutions. • You will be required to attend customer meetings such as visits, training, on-site

demonstrations, and application support for related products. • You will be required to demonstrate a strong hands-on mentality when representing CODA

Audio to customers at meetings, trade shows, events, etc.

• You have audio system engineering skills, for example using prediction software, system setup and system tuning.

• You have knowledge of audio measurement software, for example Smaart. • You have basic network setup skills. • You are interested in the areas of loudspeakers / audio / music. • You have a structured and result-oriented way of working, as well as a pragmatic hands-on

mentality, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done. • You can communicate effectively in English and you are willing to travel.
