At our location in Stuttgart (Gärtringen) we are looking for a new team manager in our High-Tech Solution Center. As Commercial Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the Commercial Department, the central point of contact between the operational KN departments and our customers.
- Lead and constantly develop the committed team of the Commercial Department
- Collaborate with customers and different Kühne + Nagel country organizations in an international environment
- Be the escalation point for customers and internal stake holders
- Create and hold presentations for our customers and business partners
- Steer business retention and development initiatives
- Support the team on internal as well as external rate negotiations
- Collaborate and support on projects
- Degree in freight forwarding and in logistics services or comparable degree
- Understanding of logistics processes
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- High level of user skills for MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Economical mindset and acting, structured way of working as well as affinity for numbers
- Personal resilience, team- and customer-oriented mindset and acting, good and effective self-management
- Willingness to travel
