  • Carrying out root cause analyses and initiating corrective measures with the process owners
  • Customer support in the context of complaint processing (internal/external)
  • Creation and evaluation of quality indicators

  • Completed technical training in the metal sector/advanced training as a master craftsman, technician (m/f/d)
  • Sound knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, Core Tools
  • Independent and autonomous working style
  • Professional experience in the automotive industry desirable
