- Responsible for the comprehensive processing of customer complaints using industry-standard quality tools
- Carrying out root cause analyses and initiating corrective measures with the process owners
- Customer support in the context of complaint processing (internal/external)
- Creation and evaluation of quality indicators
- Completed technical training in the metal sector/advanced training as a master craftsman, technician (m/f/d)
- Sound knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, Core Tools
- Independent and autonomous working style
- Professional experience in the automotive industry desirable

- Independent working personality with analytical and organisational skills and abilities
- Foreign language: business fluent in English
