- Advise procurement community globally as main point of contact for advanced negotiations (RFI, RFQ, e-Auctions) in complex tender projects
- Collaborate with category leads and other stakeholders to develop standardized tender templates (process, price sheet, supplier selection criteria and evaluation metrics)
- Support category leads in planning, creating, executing and analyzing complex tenders in CSO (sourcing optimization tool) and e-Auctions and provide guidance throughout the tender process
- Use analytics knowledge to support category leads in performing complex tender analysis in CSO (data analysis, optimization and awarding scenarios)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify procurement categories suitable for e-Auction events (analyze spend data and market trends)
- Perform strategic and operational trainings to procurement community improving understanding and daily usage of advanced negotiations and souring optimization
- Monitor and analyze digital utilization to identity functional and process improvements to engage procurement community to drive further adoption
- Drive constant knowledge enhancement, perform system configurations, manage releases and provide technical support
- Act as focal point between our global procurement community and other stakeholders to support Hapag-Lloyd digital transformation
- University degree in the field of business administration, logistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, alternatively, a comparable education or relevant work experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in procurement functions with a focus on Source-to Contract processes
- Experience with eProcurement suite and analytical tools
- Experience with CSO – Coupa Sourcing Optimization
- Advanced experience with complex sourcing analysis and sourcing optimization
- Analytical mindset with good understanding of data analytics
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities (problem solver)
- Advanced negotiations (e-Auctions) and game theory is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy
- Effective communicator, full professional oral and written proficiency in English
