Run productivity and cost saving analysis

Conducting observations, interviews and data research in order to identify and quantify saving potentials

Systematical root-cause identification for productivity losses and identification of main levers to release saving potential

Execution of management system analysis in order to identify systematical gaps in performance management

Preparation, illustration and presentation of findings and recommendations

Working as a team member in the realization of projects to enable the release of the identified saving potentials

Leading (planning & execution) the realization of work packages enabling the release of the identified saving potentials

Ensure buy-in from relevant stakeholders, e.g. line managers, team leaders)

Explore and deploy innovative ways to realize cost savings and productivity improvements

Planning, moderating and execution of workshops with the project team members

Working with members of the operational excellence community to constantly develop and improve productivity and cost reduction initiatives at Buehler
University Degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent professional track record

2-5 years of working experience

Proven experience in in project management

Good understanding of business processes and management principles

Fluent English, any additional languages would be an advantage

Problem-solving and solution-oriented skills

Good communication skills with high social competencies
