Description
To support our HR Controlling team we are searching for a HR Controller (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
- Responsibility for the preparation of the HR budget and forecasts in close coordination with Finance Controlling, HR Business Partners as well as cost center managers
- Providing HR reports for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as ad hoc requests and analysis
- Proactive identification of initiatives and further development opportunities in the course of internationalization and in regards to HR Controlling
- Contribution to process and system optimization
- Participation in the performance management process as well as in the administration of variable compensation components
- Collaboration with other HR internal functions, especially Payroll, Total Rewards and HR Business Partners
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling/human resources (or comparable commercial training)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in HR or financial controlling
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (focus on Excel), SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, high affinity for numbers, strategic view as well as independent and autonomous way of working
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for addressing and developing topics
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days
