To support our HR Controlling team we are searching for a HR Controller (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

  • Responsibility for the preparation of the HR budget and forecasts in close coordination with Finance Controlling, HR Business Partners as well as cost center managers
  • Providing HR reports for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as ad hoc requests and analysis
  • Proactive identification of initiatives and further development opportunities in the course of internationalization and in regards to HR Controlling
  • Contribution to process and system optimization
  • Participation in the performance management process as well as in the administration of variable compensation components
  • Collaboration with other HR internal functions, especially Payroll, Total Rewards and HR Business Partners

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling/human resources (or comparable commercial training)
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in HR or financial controlling
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (focus on Excel), SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, high affinity for numbers, strategic view as well as independent and autonomous way of working
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for addressing and developing topics
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
