Are you an experienced and passionate Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager who can support our team in continuously improving the performance of our digital channels? As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the user journey to increase the conversion rates of our websites, landing pages and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing, design and development teams to develop and implement data-driven, user-centric optimization strategies.   • Planning, conceptualizing, and executing A/B tests, including their evaluation (e.g., with Kameleoon) and presenting results for hypothesis validation
  • Developing hypotheses to identify further optimization ideas based on continuous analysis of website data, user research, and customer feedbac
  • Designing funnels to identify critical points affecting the conversion rate.
  • Managing the rollout of new functionalities and UX/UI optimizations

  • Relevant practical experience in conversion optimization, A/B testing, and web analytics.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the e-commerce field
  • Hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization and familiarity with commonly used web and data analysis tools
  • Analytical mindset and confident use of analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience with common user research tools and methods (e.g., mouse flow, heat maps, usability tests)
  • Familiarity with user experience design and an intuitive understanding of the psychological aspects of conversion optimization.
  • Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is an advantage
