Corporate and Institutional Sales Representative (m/f/d)

who supports our international sales department in the planning, management, control and implementation of sales activities.

  • Project coordination in the context of international tendering processes for institutional clients
  • Screening of relevant internet portals including review of tender conditions and specifications
  • Coordination and review of tenders and close coordination with other departments
  • Determination of all relevant costs based on the product selection and associated services
  • Preparation of tender calculations and compilation of tender documents
  • Supporting order processing and clarifying issues with internal specialist departments and external parties
  • Ensuring after-sales support including downstream service/maintenance concepts
  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Product selection and coordination with the product management department

  • A commercial education with a focus on foreign trade or logistics or a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the IVD sector
  • Practical experience in the management of international and local tenders and the associated preparation of offers
  • Independent and structured way of working paired with a high degree of organizational talent, team spirit in an international environment
  • Confident handling of common software (MS Office, CRM systems, ERP systems)
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility and high service orientation
  • Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French and/or Spanish is desirable
