  • You are responsible for the project management for a variety of technology projects, including process improvement & efficiency initiatives, technology -implementations, and other strategic projects in the Legal, Compliance & Insurance department and the relevant business on a global company level.
  • You develop and implement legal operations strategy and AI strategy for the Legal, Compliance & Insurance department.
  • You collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders: legal, compliance, insurance team as well as IT- teams, functional experts and supporting partners (internal & external, consultancies), start-ups and vendors.
  • You manage the legal spend & vendors (visibility, control and reduction).
  • You support the management of the department’s budget, as well as overall strategy and OKR process.
  • You work cross-functionally to leverage the department’s value within the business.
  • You are significantly involved in the further development of an efficient and technology-supported team.

  • You hold a diploma or master’s degree in law, business, information technology, mathematics / physics or another equivalent qualification (the order of listed qualifications does not imply any weighting or preference).
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a company, a law firm, a notary’s office or an insurance company.
  • You have technical expertise, process expertise or IT knowledge (preferably in IT projects and low-code technique) combined with a good understanding of processes.
  • You have demonstrated experience in project management, stakeholder management and / or business process management.
  • You have a technology affinity and strong project management skills combined with analytical thinking, structure and a clear way of working.
  • You have experience in transformation & change management and management of large or interdisciplinary projects.
  • You have the ability to successfully collaborate and communicate with various teams and stakeholders with different backgrounds.
  • You have an open-minded personality, progress-driven mindset and hands-on mentality combined with a sense for risk-consciousness.
  • You are a good team player with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, flexibility and the willingness to navigate through new subjects.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
