Ready to climb on board? We are looking for a full-time or part-time Creator Service Hero (m/f/d) at our office in the heart of Berlin to support our Christmas business (employment contract limited to 3 months).

YOUR CHALLENGE
As our Creator Service Hero, you are responsible for improving our Creator Experience. This means that you are responsible for supporting Creators on our marketplace and taking care of all concerns professionally – from queries during onboarding to the configurator.
In this way, YOU contribute to the success of JUNIQE!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communication: You are the direct contact person for our creators and answer all questions independently, professionally and with a lot of empathy by phone and email. Your tasks also include creator communication via alternative channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
- Responsibility: You are responsible for a smooth Creator Service Experience. The individual support of our Creators on our marketplace, the navigation on our homepage and the configurator is important to you.
- Process optimisation: You actively receive feedback from our Creators and play a central role in passing this on to all relevant departments. The continuous optimisation of the Creator Experience is a priority for you.
- Ideally, you have completed a degree/training or already have work experience in customer service.
- You are solution-orientated and like to think outside the box.
- You are customer-orientated even under stress and can adapt quickly to different situations.
- You enjoy communicating – especially on the phone and by e-mail.
- You always remain friendly and manage to empathise with every creator.
- You are an absolute team player.
- Your English skills are excellent, other languages are a plus.
