Your future contribution:

Utilize your business development expertise to deliver first-class support for our customers around the world. As our product grows, we will create a user experience superior to the tourism industry standard. With our modern technology supporting homeowners, we are looking for you to be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy our clients around the world. You, as part of our Sales & Service team, will interact with prospects and existing customers to ensure they have the best possible experience using Smoobu. Your goal is to convert users in Free Trial (inbound leads) to engage with the software and help them in their buying decision. Similarly, you will assist existing (paying) users with leveraging the product to the best extent possible in order to maximize value and profit from it.

All in all, it’s about people and with your help and passion for outstanding service, we will build a state-of-the-art sales and service department at Smoobu!

How you’ll add value:

  • Assessing and understanding the needs of prospects and customers and r
  • Provide customers with outstanding service and educate them about the optimal use of Smoobu across multiple platforms including phone and email
  • Resolve customers’ issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Contribute to our knowledge base and help center by creating email templates and articles for future use

  • Have high proficiency in English and German. Proficiency in any additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish is an advantage.

  • Already have experience in a customer-facing position and enjoy interacting with people

Please note that this role offers a hybrid working model which requires to be in the office 50% of your time.
