Whether you’re a seasoned expert or a rising star looking for new challenges, to continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Customer Success Managerto work closely with our customers and ensure a successful customer relationship throughout the entire customer lifetime.

  • Actively manage all aspects of customer success from initial implementation, onboarding and training, to continuously engaging and upselling
  • Be in charge of categorizing, prioritizing and responding to incoming customer feedback via our central feedback tool Jira Service Management
  • Work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure a smooth sales process, successful project implementation and continuous customer success
  • Help to continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure best possible customer support and play an active role in the growth of our customer success team
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships and maintain frequent engagement with our customers & stakeholders
  • Collect feedback and proactively monitor and analyze customer specific data to develop strategic action plans for upselling opportunities and identify churn risks
  • Create training materials for our customers

  • Relevant experience in Customer Success, ideally as a Customer Success Manager for B2B software solutions in the healthcare sector
  • Successfully completed business, medical or technical studies or equivalent educational background
  • Ability to support multiple customers and manage different internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good communication skills and ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
  • Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
  • Excellent oral and written communication in German and good in English
