As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to be the cornerstone of our Customer Success team starting January 1st, 2025 . You will have the opportunity to shape the department from the ground up and drive exceptional value for our growing customer base. Working closely with our Co-Founder and CEO, Leonie, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming trade compliance.

  • Build Strong Customer Relationships : Become the trusted partner for our customers, driving long-term, scalable relationships and acting as their main point of contact
  • Implement and Optimize Success Metrics : Monitor and evaluate key metrics to ensure high customer satisfaction and continuous optimization of our processes
  • Drive Customer Growth and Retention : Collaborate with our Sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion, ensuring customers realize the full potential of our platform
  • Ensure Smooth Customer Transitions : Seamlessly guide customers from acquisition to long-term engagement, ensuring they experience the full value of our platform from day one

Qualifikation

Who you are

  • You have several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, ideally within the B2BSaaS or tech space
  • You’re data-driven and comfortable with using metrics to refine processes and improve customer experiences
  • You want to take on responsibility in a team – As a team player, you are motivated to build and help shape a great customer success management and a strong customer community
  • You thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering creative solutions
  • You’re proactive , highly motivated and can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
