This is the rolen

nAs a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in the company, as you will manage the customer support (listeners and podcasters) strategy and performance for the Central Europe markets. Therefore, it is important that you communicate with other areas of the organization, define the local support strategy, manage performance, and get valuable insight for the business.nn

nThis person reports to the global Customer Care Manager, and will also be closely integrated into the Dutch and German team.n
n

Your main responsibilities in this role:n

nManage real-time daily operations by monitoring KPIs and ensuring best-in-class customer servicenn

n

nConsistently work to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our processes and help improve themnn

n

nProvide feedback and suggestions for improvements to responsible teams as a voice for usersnn

n

nMaintain active communication with the local team to make sure the voice of the customer is heard in local launchesnn

n

nProvide feedback to local stakeholders on the market pulsenn

n

nEmbrace the strong team spirit within a local and global department to ensure an efficient, streamlined operation and excellent customer satisfactionnn

n

nFoster a customer-centric attitude and drive customer prioritiesnn

n

nResponding to high-priority and complex inquiries from users (Tier 3 only)n

Experience we’re looking for:n

nYou have past experience working in customer support (a big plus if it was a subscription business)nn

nYou are data-driven when making business decisionsnn

n

nYou are tech-savvy and pick up quickly on new systemsnn

n

nYou have excellent Dutch or Greman writing and grammarnn

n

nProfessional English verbal and writing skills (Internal language in Podimo)nn

n

nAbility to demonstrate good problem-solving skillsnn

n

nAbility to approach coupled with the ability to identify future opportunitiesnn

n

nCapacity to adapt the style of communication to the audiencenn

n

nNaturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!n
