- Primary Contact: After an initial training period, you will become the main point of contact for customers with questions related to the process engineering aspects of operating and maintaining green hydrogen electrolyzer systems.
- Customer Support & Visits: Provide customers with optimized process engineering solutions tailored to our electrolyzer technologies, focusing on safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation, while conducting regular customer visits, both domestically and internationally, to strengthen relationships, provide process engineering support, and monitor operational performance.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality service delivery.
- Offer Preparation & Negotiations: Envelope service leads, prepare service proposals with a strong process focus, lead contract negotiations, and oversee the proposal and negotiation teams.
- Technical Support & Training: Work closely with our global subsidiaries to deliver expert process engineering support and training, ensuring that both employees and customers have a deep understanding of technical operations.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments such as R&D, Business Development & Sales, and Product Management to ensure service offerings are aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
- Educational Background: Completed degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Ideally, you have experience working with electrolyzer plants, chemical or process plants, power plants, or similar facilities, with familiarity in process design, optimization, and project management.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient with process engineering documentation and tools, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), heat and mass balance calculations, and process control systems.
- Initiative & Responsibility: Proactive and reliable, taking ownership of responsibilities and driving projects forward with a sense of urgency.
- Communication Skills: Skilled in translating complex process topics into clear, comprehensible information, adapting communication to different audiences.
- Team Player: A collaborative team member who values teamwork, consistently focusing on customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an asset.
- Intercultural Competence: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and project members, fostering alignment and shared goals across cultures.
